Copyright and use of materials
All materials used in my lessons, including manuals from external publishers, my own materials, interactive activities, documents and other teaching aids, are protected by copyright.
Some of the materials used in class come from external publishers and are used exclusively for educational purposes. These materials may not be copied, distributed, scanned, passed on or reproduced outside the classroom.
My own materials are intended exclusively for participants in my courses. They may not be reproduced, modified, passed on or used for commercial purposes without my written consent. Failure to comply may result in suspension of access to the course and, where appropriate, legal action.
Reservations and punctuality
Lessons can be booked conveniently via a booking link that will be provided to you separately. Lessons take place once full payment has been received. A tolerance time of 15 minutes is granted. If the student does not show up after this time, the lesson will be charged as if it had taken place.
When booking a lesson you agree to
- Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam and tax laws.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Use the services and the website in a lawful manner. Inappropriate use of class content may result in suspension or termination of the service.
Cancellation and refund policy
- Booked lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge by email or WhatsApp up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be charged in full.
- Between 2 and 4 lessons per month: a maximum of one cancellation or rebooking per month.
- Between 5 and 8 lessons per month: a maximum of two cancellations or rebookings per month.
- With a package: a maximum of two cancellations or rebookings per month. Once a lesson has been changed, it cannot be changed again.
- Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made.
- Changes must be made during the current month.
Timetable and frequency of lessons
If it is not a package, the frequency of lessons is determined according to the student's needs. The timetable depends on the availability of the student and the teacher.
Vacation and public holidays
Students and teacher must register their vacation at least 15 days in advance.
When the teacher cancels
If the teacher is forced to cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled for another day in the current month. If this is not possible due to the unavailability of the student, the lesson will be credited to the next month or package.
Problems with the internet connection
If the lesson is interrupted due to technical problems (power failure, poor internet connection, etc.) and cannot be continued, the student has the opportunity to make up the part of the lesson that was not held.
Optimal environment for the lessons
To ensure an effective learning experience, the student must participate in a suitable environment: a private room, free from interruptions and with a good internet connection. Participation while doing other activities (driving, eating or similar) is not intended.
My teaching philosophy
- Student-oriented approach.
- Natural and dynamic method with images, associations, technology and play-based learning.
- Development of the four language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Connection with the student: needs, interests and emotions.
- The importance of emotions in learning.
- The importance of making mistakes: the lesson is a safe space.
- Motivation through enthusiasm.
