Contact requests

When you submit the contact form, your details are processed on a secured server and forwarded to me by email only; you also receive a confirmation at your email address. Sending is handled by Lovable's email service (sender domain notify.speakspanish.today). The form content is not stored in a database. To prevent abuse, only irreversible check values (HMAC) of your IP address and email address are stored together with a timestamp and deleted automatically after 24 hours at the latest.

I use your details exclusively to answer your enquiry and to organise lessons (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed.

Lessons via video call

Lessons take place online via common video conferencing services. The data protection terms of the respective provider apply additionally. Recordings of lessons are only made with explicit consent.

Hosting and server log files

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page called up) is processed to ensure the delivery and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
